7th Annual Blue Ridge Blues and BBQ Festival

Head to Elmwood Park Saturday, July 14th as great Blues and tasty BBQ come together for one fantastic day! The Blue Ridge Blues & BBQ Festival benefits the Blue Ridge Blues Society and Jefferson Center's Music Lab! (Gate Information: Entrance to Elmwood Park is just off the lilly ponds on Franklin Road)
Gates open at 11:30am. From 12pm through 5:00pm, the Blue Ridge Blues Society hosts the Blues Contest, featuring 10 great acts competing for prizes and the right to represent the BRBS at the 2013 International Blues Challenge held in Memphis, TN on historic Beale St.
Following the BRBS Blues Contest the evening acts take the stage!

• 7:00 Mikey Junior
• 8:30 Headliner Johnny Winter
• 10:00 After-Fest All-Star Blues Jam w/ The Fat Daddy Band at Hotel Roanoke*

BBQ vendors will be on site to satisfy your every BBQ need, as well as woodfired brick-oven pizzas, kettle corn, lemonade, hamburgers, hotdogs, Homestead Creamery Ice Cream and much more.
