For the first time in Jefferson Center history, Shaftman Performance Hall is playing host to a live CD/DVD recording featuring groundUP Music/Ropeadope recording artist and iTunes "Best of 2012 Jazz Albums" winner Snarky Puppy, famed R&B artist Lalah Hathaway and tons of additional guest artists! Jefferson Center is dedicated to bringing you diverse, world class arts and we are thrilled to invite you to forever be a part of this live CD/DVD album featuring you as the audience!
Not only will this be an exciting event for those fortunate enough to secure a ticket, Snarky Puppy's Family Dinner event is a benefit for Music Lab's education programs!

This album crystallizes a music series that Snarky Puppy presents in New York City's Rockwood Music Hall - "Snarky Puppy's Family Dinner." The live recording session features the vocalist/composers listed above and highlights their various styles and compositions. Some you most certainly know, some you will be discovering for the first time and all will be backed by the killer sounds of Snarky Puppy serving as the "house band".
