Come to a FREE 5PTS Community Workshop for families, caregivers, advocates, and others to discover new resources and possibilities in caring for dependents who are differently abled. Catered towards families caring for disabled children in the age range of birth to 21, this event is free with a $10 suggested donation. Space is limited, so RSVP today!

What to expect: The evening will include presentations from local experts, along with moderated discussions, and time to meet one-on-one with our panelists to further discuss specific questions related to your unique needs.
