Boots on the Ground -A Kick-off to SERCAP’s Annual Fund Campaign will feature The Brothers Young - a blue grass trio, libations from Blindhouse Beer Company, FREE caricatures by local artist Hamnah Raines, appetizers, and dancing (in your boots!) All proceeds benefit SERCAP’s programs and services for low-income rural communities in Virginia and throughout the Southeastern United States.
