We are honored to announce we will be holding a benefit show for our buddy, Chris Eanes AKA Chili Beanes, on Sunday November 5st from 2-9pm! Coming together to help Chris with the gift of music will be Foster Burton & Friends, Jared Stout Band, Disco Risque, and a VERY special performance from the one & only Funk Punch! There will be a raffle with some pretty awesome prizes to help raise money for Chris, along with a donation of at least $10 at the door.

For those who don't know, Chris has been battling stage kidney failure for several months. Here's some more info straight from Chris's Go Fund Me, which you can also donate to at https://gofund.me/4fcb6d9c.

"As some of you may know, several months ago I was diagnosed with end stage kidney failure. Since then I have been undergoing treatment to keep me, well, alive essentially. The treatment involved is called hemodialysis. It involves having to go to a treatment center 3 days per week for about 4 hours each time to have my blood filtered and cleaned of any toxins. It’s very difficult on the body, as well as my soul. If you know me, you know I don’t like to not be on the go. I’m also still working full time as well. Being tied to dialysis means a lot of things. One major thing is a strain on travel and doing fun things with my son, family and friends. It’s also hard on my body and creates fatigue and discomfort. Dialysis is also not going to be a fix for my condition. Sometimes the positive effects of dialysis only lasts for a handful of years.
My drive to keep living is my son. I want to live to see him graduate high school & college to be come the man I think he’ll be. I want the chance to see him find the woman of his dreams and to possibly be a grandfather one day so I can spoil the shit out of his kid(s). That one option I have is a kidney transplant. I’ve been working with Wake Forest Medical to get myself ready, which I am 100% on board and ready. However, I’m missing one thing. A KIDNEY. Not just any kidney. A healthy kidney from a living donor. This is why I’m reaching out to you, my friends and family. I’ve learned a lot about the process of being a donor and I was surprised to hear some of the things I had no clue about. From how simple the process is for a donor, to how it’s paid for, to the benefits of living donors over non living. Some of it was fascinating to me. If you’d like to hear about it from me, please message or call me."

We look forward to a day full of good music, good vibes, helping our friend raise lots of money, and hopefully finding a kidney donor for him!
