5th Annual Macaroni Kid Roanoke Downtown Candy Crawl

What started as a way to provide a trick-or-treat option during the pandemic for our Mac Kid Families and bring joy to our beloved Downtown Roanoke businesses, is now in it's 5th year and a family tradition!

More than 500 families joined us in 2023, we hope to see you this year at our 5th Annual Downtown Candy Crawl!

Participating businesses will hand out candy and other treats to Trick-or-Treaters on Saturday, October 28th, 10 a.m. - 12 noon.

We are asking families to register to participate in this event so we can...

Prepare for enough treats.
Communicate any changes or cancellations with you.
Use a valid email so you will receive the trick or treat map.
Send updates about exciting NEW features for this year's event!

The completed trick or treat map will be emailed to families who register by 10/24/2024.

Please visit ALL of the participating businesses— you'll get a nice walk and it will make their day!

This is simply organized trick or treating. Streets will not be closed and you are responsible for keeping your kids safe as you walk through downtown, crossing streets, etc.

In addition to the Candy Crawl, some businesses will offer a few fun extra activities. More details to come!

Don't forget, the Farmers Market Vendors will have treats too!
