2020 Changes

We've made some adjustments to this year's Sidewalk Sale in order to limit congregation points that typically happen with street closures and sale tents. Businesses will setup tables outside and/or inside their stores with their sale items. This provides a great opportunity for you to see where businesses are located around our district and what other items they offer inside their stores. More details will be announced soon along with a map!

Post a picture on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram featuring your favorite Downtown Roanoke retail store between now and August 22. The picture could be you at the store, a picture of a favorite item you bought there, or whatever other creative idea you come up with! Use #DowntownRoanokeSidewalkSale and be entered to win. We're giving away nine $10 Downtown Roanoke Gift Cards and one $50 Downtown Roanoke Gift Card. Don't forget to make your post public so we can see it. We'll draw 10 random winners on August 24.
