About Bethany McAteer/McAteer Meeting Management a self-professed people-pleaser. Have been since childhood and I suppose that’s what drew me to meeting/event planning over 25 years ago. Connecting with people on a personal level brings me great joy, but more importantly, I’ve learned how to create experiences that make people feel comfortable connecting with others.Meetings are a great opportunity to extend your brand personality to your clientele and build lasting engagement…if done right. There are countless details that go into making an meeting/event successful and most people will never realize this. That’s how we want it! Looking back on my career, there have been caterers who didn’t show, storms that blew through poolside receptions, and of course who can forget the pandemic that tossed the whole industry on its head! Through all this, we figured out a way to carry on. Board meetings for 12 VIP’s, farm shows in New York, pharmaceutical meetings for 1500, incentive trips on luxury yachts in the Caribbean, I have done all of this and everything in between.
