This year, on Saturday, July 27, 2024, we invite you to join us at the prestigious JeffersonCenter "Shaftman Performance Hall" for an unforgettable evening of glamourand inspiration in The Roanoke Valley. In addition to showcasing the latest in fashion and hairstyling, "SHINE" serves a noble cause. This year's production will benefit BIT SWVA - the Blacks in Technology Foundation, dedicated to "Stomping the Divide" by empowering its members with the tools and guidance needed to excel in the ever-evolving world of technology.
