Roanoke's late night Halloween underground dance party
This Hallows Eve, Miami's Electric Pickle Company will be joined by local trouble makers Golden Cactus Brewing, Food Hut RKE, War on Books, Gatewood Rose and Boogieburg Records.
While the city sleeps... the late night disenfranchised gather on the wrong side of town, in a transcendental journey... alone, together and united, under the giant Disco Ball.
For one night only, we will be turning the Golden Cactus Brewery into a proper discotheque with heart stopping high end sound, that is sure to shake out the cobwebs.
From the swamp lands of South Florida, Miami stalwarts Tomas C and Dj Boomerang of Sunshine City Disco and the infamous Electric Pickle will be providing a nonstop groove. Joining them will be local heroes The Boogieburg Soundsystem.
Expect a wicked life affirming soundtrack of left field disco, heavy funk, classic dance floor fillers, cosmic celestial grooves, machine street soul, lost B-sides, $1 bargain-bin basement bombs, hidden gems, late night Italo dubbing, deep NYC garage house, Miami bass buggin sonic futurism, majestic sunset strings, sweet vocals from heaven and no half steppin jazz dancing from outer-space.
Grab your best friends, put on your most ridiculous costume (don't forget comfortable shoes) and meet us on the dancefloor. It's going to be glorious!!!
