Time to dust off your blonde wigs, your braziers, and your coat of many colors! Dolly Parton’s birthday is just a few short weeks away and that can only mean one thing at Golden Cactus- our third annual Jolene Jamboree! Come celebrate one of our favorite timeless icons with us on Sunday, January 19th from 12-3 pm

This year we’re collecting books for kids and teens (K-12) to donate to our neighbors @westendcenterforyouth. Starting today through the 19th, bring a book to Golden Cactus and snag yourself a raffle ticket for a chance to win a Dolly themed prize basket. 1 book = 1 raffle ticket, max 5 entries per person.

We’re also thrilled to share that the @catawbacryptids will be joining us to perform olde-time string music during the festivities! This talented quartet is a crowd favorite in our taproom and even plans to treat us to a few Dolly covers. Our friend @waronbooks will also be popping up so you can buy a book to donate on site, or take one home for yourself! And of course, @foodhutrke will be keeping us fed cranking out a fabulous brunch menu- keep an eye out for menu updates. We’ll see y’all there!
