Daisy Ball, Ph.D. is the Associate Professor and Coordinator of the Criminal Justice Program at Roanoke College where she also serves as Director of the Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program.

Inside-Out is a unique educational program founded at Temple University in 1997. The program exposes traditional college students to the realities of incarceration, while at the same time exposing inmates to academic content and pro-social interactions with college students. Dr. Ball's research focuses on race/ethnicity and criminal justice, specifically on the criminal justice contact of Asian Americans. Recent publications have appeared in peer-reviewed journals including Deviant Behavior and Sociological Spectrum.
