The Preceptor Omicron Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center invite you to celebrate New Year’s Eve on December 31, 2023!

We're excited to go roaring into 2024! Come enjoy a delicious dinner, live music, dancing, a balloon drop, and a champagne toast at midnight! This event is the #1 fundraiser for the non-profit organization. All proceeds go back to the Roanoke Valley.

This is the premier place to bring in the new year in Roanoke, VA!

Tickets

• $250 Couple (Does not include overnight accommodations.)
• $125 Individual Ticket

Live Music

• The Kings in the Roanoke Ballroom
• The Uptown Trio in the Crystal Ballroom

Check In:

Starts at 6:00 pm in the Ballroom Lobby

Dinner:

• Buffet will be served from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
• A Dessert Buffet and Coffee will be available at 10:30 pm

• Continuous Entertainment All Evening -- 9:00 pm - 1:00 am
• Champagne Toast at midnight
• Party Favors
• Black Tie Optional
• Cash Bars (no other alcoholic beverages to be brought in by guests). Outside alcohol is a violation of hotel policy and will result in eviction from our event without a refund.
• Reserved Seating -- This will be your primary seat for dinner.
• Please indicate during your reservation phone call which band/ballroom you prefer. You may dance throughout the evening in either room, or go back and forth between both rooms, but your seating accommodations will be in one specific ballroom.

• Postal mail by mailing to 302 Eugene Dr. NW, Roanoke, Va 24017
• Rooms are available at The Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center. Single/double room rates are $211 or $251 for room with breakfast for two in the Regency Room, if reservations are made by December 7, 2023. Reservations will be honored at this rate based on availability. Please call the hotel directly during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) at (540) 985-5900 to make your room reservations.

IF YOU WISH TO MAKE HOTEL RESERVATIONS, YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO DO SO UNTIL YOU HAVE PURCHASED YOUR GALA TICKET. ONCE PURCHASE IS COMPLETE, A SPECIAL CODE WILL BE PROVIDED THAT MUST BE USED TO MAKE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION!
