The Spring Equinox is a moment in the movement of the cosmos where we recognize balance, the equal length of day and night just before the days grow longer and we move into the summer months. It allows us an opportunity to honor this moment of balance, and also set intentions before we move into the seasons of increased activity and energy.
With this awareness, on Saturday, March 20th Greg Burns of Metta Vibrations will be offering a Spring Equinox Sound Bath Experience at The WellNest in Roanoke, VA.
For this event, Greg Burns will use Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gong, chimes, and more to offer an experience using harmonious sounds. As the Earth moves into a moment of balance, these sounds can help to bring us into a state of balance too.
After creating a comfortable nest on the floor for the session, the event will begin with a brief, guided relaxation. Greg will then fill atmosphere with the harmonic sounds and will conclude with some time for reflection and grounding. This session will last 1.5 hours from start to conclusion.
Cost is $27/person.
Start time is 7pm.
