These 2-hour classes are designed to expand students technical skills, build upon their interests, and provide students with new perspectives. Classes will accommodate teens of all skill levels along with providing a great opportunity for those who are building a portfolio for college or those who simply want to spend time with peers and professional artists in the studio and within the galleries. This month’s classes will explore the world of sculpture and installation! Each Sunday will be dedicated to a different sculpture and installation artist. As we learn about their prominence in the art world, each student will learn how to mimic the artist’s technique with a variety of different materials. At the end of the class, each student will have a unique sculpture or installation piece to take home. All skill levels welcome! Instructor: Nora Bolte. Cost: $20, $16 members.
