These 2-hour classes are designed to expand students technical skills, build upon their interests, and provide students with new perspectives. Classes will accommodate teens of all skill levels along with providing a great opportunity for those who are building a portfolio for college or those who simply want to spend time with peers and professional artists in the studio and within the galleries. This month’s classes will be dedicated to the art of writing, bookmaking, mixed media, drawing, and more! Each student will be able to create work with both written and drawn aspects as well as make their own book. In this class, we will explore different writing styles, illustration styles, and calligraphy. Each week will introduce a new project, but students have the freedom to tailor it to their liking. All skill levels welcome! Instructor: Nora Bolte. Cost: $20, $16 members.
