I love Joe Dispenza's work. In 1986, Dr. Joe was hit by a large truck while biking in a triathlon. He broke his spine and was told he needed surgery and would never walk again.
Dr. Joe knew that there is an infinite innate intelligence inside each and everyone of us. He opted out of surgery and rebuilt his spine through his connection and surrender to divine intelligence. He visualized the healing.
After 10 weeks, he walked out of the hospital completely healed and absorbed himself in learning all he could in neuroscience and dedicated his life to helping others find their innate intelligence and heal themselves.
I have several book studies on his work. This class will not be a book study, but 10 weeks of his best practices. So not any particular order.
We will use his best practices and implement them to heal ourselves, whether it’s physical or mental, there are 1000’s of testimonies that his work does work. Plus the science to back it up.
We will do a deep, powerful and effective mediation at the end of each class. His work is seriously life changing.
