Join us Saturday, March 7, at the 2020 Women’s March on Roanoke: FIERCE FEMINIST FUTURE to celebrate International Women's Day, register voters, and learn from local civic exhibitors. Music by Solacoustix at noon, followed by the FIERCE FEMINIST FUTURE program where local women activists will inspire us with how they are building that future today, here in our communities.  We march at 2 pm.  
The nonpartisan mission of the Women's March on Roanoke advocates for women's participation in public life and encourages everyone to participate in our democracy. This year we celebrate the Virginia General Assembly's historic vote to ratify the ERA and enshrine the legal equality of women in our US Constitution.  But we are just getting started.  What's the FIERCE FEMINIST FUTURE you want to see?
