Effective 9/13/21 gates will remain down 24/7.   Daily parking is now allowed during the day and night, but patrons must enter via the Tazwell entrance to access the garage.  The Williamson Road entrance is for monthly passes only.   Upon exit, patrons may pay with credit card or cash at the Pay on Foot machine located next to the elevator and take their paid ticket to the daily exit machine.   The daily exits are located on both Tazwell and Williamson Road.   Follow the signage and use the right lane to access the daily exit machine.  If entering and exiting during free parking hours, again patrons must enter via Tazwell entrance to obtain a daily ticket.  At exit, scan ticket at daily machine and gate will raise.
