The 416 micro farms is Roanoke's first live-grow community, located in the heart of Downtown's West Station District. An adaptive re-use of a 100-year-old warehouse, the property is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in late summer 2016. When completed, the project will create seven live-grow, 1-BR apartments and a new restaurant fronting Salem Avenue.
