Downtown Parking for Disabled Drivers
On-Street Rules - Non Metered Spaces
Drivers with a properly displayed, disabled placard or license plate may park at any timed, non-metered on-street parking space for up to 4 hours. If the timed parking sign reads 30 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours, with the placard or license plate properly displayed, a driver may park for up to 4 hours. However, parking is not allowed in loading zones, no parking zones, fire lanes, etc.
On Street Rules - Metered Spaces
Drivers parking at a metered on-street space must register the vehicle’s license plate for one free hour, and pay for any time parked beyond one hour.
PARK Roanoke Lot/Garage Rules
Drivers parking in lots or garages must pay the regular rate.
